we will not and can not reinstall it on your computer without the proper
software and key!!!

setup software or email problems.

When you receive your computer
back PLEASE do not make any major changes to the operating system,
(inserting your windows cd, creating network connections, uninstalling Internet
Explorer, ETC).
Any
System loaded with a P2P Program like Ares, Morpheus, Imesh, Bear Share,
Gnutella, Limewire, Kazaa are harmful to your system the
software warranty is voided.
We are not responsible for windows XP activations.
We
will provide you with the information to call Microsoft. Due to the licensing
agreements we can only reinstall the software you provide to us. Systems
installed with a non-retail XP Pro product key will not be serviced.
